If you write it like that people might expect a balanced historical summary taking into account both sides of the story. But to link only to the "official" Transnistrian historical interpretation without any indication of the bias of the source is definitely misleading. Of course history is contested but in order to get background information (as you wanted to provide) I think it is necessary to show both sides of the story with a clear explanation of the sources.
