I think that publicity is good only when the enemy has no ways to retaliate, or already is crushed. Iran’s response to Stuxnet is unrest in Arab world, and the purpose is to take Israel into the circle of death.

Yet this key treaty and Community still remains 'frozen' by politicians since the days of de Gaulle. High time to get the democratic institutions working properly -- before it's too late.
