Tänään Kosovo sai perustuslakinsa. Uutisoinnissa on korostunut YK:n ja Kosovon albaanihallituksen kiistely maan hallinnasta YK:n halutessa pitää provinssin oikeuslaitoksen, tullin ja poliisin päätösvallan alaisuudessaan. Palautettakoon mieliin, että ylin kansainvälisesti Kosovon hallintoa ohjaava päätös on turvallisuusneuvoston päätös 1244, jonka mukaan Kosovoon osa Serbiaa.
Mielestäni hallinto on vain sivuseikka ajateltaessa provinssin tulevaisuutta itse itseään hallinnoivana alueena. Olennaista alueen […]
